How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
It depends on the building size, number of elevations, access and how often you want us. We visit free of charge, measure up and give you a fixed price per visit in writing — no hidden charges.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Retail frontages and customer-facing offices are usually fortnightly or monthly. Industrial and back-of-house sites are typically quarterly. We recommend a sensible frequency at survey rather than sell visits you do not need.
Do you only clean commercial premises?
Commercial contracts are our main work — offices, retail units, industrial premises, pubs, schools and care homes across Rutland and Grantham. We also clean conservatories, rooflines, gutters and solar panels for homeowners in the same areas.

Do you clean inside as well as outside?
Yes. Internal glass, partition glazing, entrance doors and frames can all be included in the same visit — just tell us at survey so we can plan the time.
What is reach-and-wash / pure water cleaning?
We use filtered pure water fed through telescopic poles. Because the minerals are removed, the water dries clear without streaks or spots, and it washes frames and sills at the same time. No detergents means no residue near drains, planting or ponds.
How high can you reach?
Around 80ft from ground level using water-fed poles. Above that, or where an elevation cannot be reached from the ground, we use IPAF-certified powered access such as cherry pickers.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend visits are routine for retail, hospitality and busy office sites so we do not disrupt your customers or staff.
Do you need a long-term contract?
No. Most customers stay on a rolling schedule because the work is reliable — we have kept commercial customers since 2003 without long tie-ins.
What happens if I am not happy with the work?
